In early 2007, following a decade-long career as a top-performing real estate professional, Liz embarked on a new adventure: to create Victoria’s largest & most successful home staging company. Knowing the importance of creating maximum buyer appeal, she enhances the uniqueness of each space using her superior design talents & carefully chosen items from her company’s half-million dollar inventory. The result? Interiors that are sophisticated, chic and inviting. In the Fall of 2012 the company, formerly Ambiance Consulting, was renamed Fabulous Home Staging in recognition of Liz’s mantra: “We ONLY do FABULOUS”!

Carole Mason
Professional Organizer & Stylist
Carole’s sunny personality and enthusiasm, combined with a lifetime of experience in visual presentation, organization, marketing & sales, retail, and business operations made her an ideal choice for her position as Professional Organizer & Stylist – roles she was born to fill. With her lifelong passion for interior design, her love of order, strong work ethic and perfectionist streak, Carole has become an indispensible member of the Fabulous Team, and her many talents are highly valued and appreciated by all of us who know & work with her. She holds a Certificate in Interior Decorating from NAIT, Alberta.

Venessa Bohay BFA
Fine Art Specialist/Senior Stylist
A graduate of Emily Carr University of Art & Design, and the University of Victoria, talented artist & graphic designer Venessa contributes expertise in one of the most important aspects of staging – the choice, placement and installation of art. Her experience hanging shows and consulting with collectors for two of Vancouver’s leading art galleries, ensure that each staged property is highlighted with exactly the right art choices. As a Senior Stylist, she brings her artist’s eye & valuable design input to each project.

Charlie Vanderwilt
Operations Manager/Design Associate
With over half a million dollars of company-owned inventory to warehouse and maintain, Charlie brings his natural sense of order and superlative organizational skills to the Fabulous Home Staging team. Throughout his 30-year career in public service, he was known for his cheerful & patient disposition – a valuable asset when working with a team of four strong-minded women! The staging business is highly physical, and Charlie’s tireless energy and male viewpoint on design provide a valuable counterpoint and balance to our Fabulous Team.
